Follow these simple steps to set up Cloud Hub Pro for your organization

Step 1: Install App

Install from Teams Store

Open the Microsoft Teams Store and search for "Cloud Hub Pro". Click the install button to add the app to your Teams workspace. The installation is quick and requires minimal permissions.

  • In Microsoft Teams, open the "Apps"
  • Search for "Cloud Hub Pro"
  • Add the App (depending on your organization´s settings)

Configure Your Preferences

Set up your notification preferences and choose which Microsoft 365 services you want to monitor. Customize the frequency of updates and select team members who should receive notifications.

  • Open the add after getting it through the Teams store
  • At the first start, a screen like the one on the right will appear
  • Click on "Continue"
Step 3: Connect to Microsoft 365

Grant consent

Grant Cloud Hub Pro the necessary permissions to access your Microsoft 365 tenant data. The app uses secure OAuth authentication and only requests read-only access to Message Center and Service Health data.

  • The following screen appears next
  • Tick the box "Consent on behalf of the organization". Click on "Accept"
  • (This step is required only once by an admin)

Start Receiving Updates

You're all set! Cloud Hub Pro will now automatically fetch and display Microsoft 365 updates directly in Teams. Use filters and search to find specific updates, and share important information with your team instantly.

  • Once accepted, wait a bit until the following screen pops up
  • Press "Get Started"

Start Receiving Updates

You're all set! Cloud Hub Pro will now automatically fetch and display Microsoft 365 updates directly in Teams. Use filters and search to find specific updates, and share important information with your team instantly.

  • A new window opens
  • Select your Admin account
  • Press "Accept" to give the app their requested permissions
  • DONE, wait a bit
  • Cloud Hub Pro is ready for use
